WHY WE EXIST

Data center construction is not short of work — it is short of hands. A hyperscale fit-out can absorb sixty low-voltage technicians in a single phase, and the general contractor who wins that phase rarely has sixty of them sitting on the bench.

The usual fix is a scramble: a dozen independent 1099s sourced from three states, each with their own tooling gaps, their own no-show risk, and their own invoice. We replace that scramble with a crew — a foreman and his techs, already working together, priced as one line item.

WHAT WE DEPLOY

FIVE CREW TYPES, ONE LINE ITEM.

FUSION SPLICING

Single-mode and multimode, ribbon and single-fiber. Mass fusion for 12- and 24-fiber ribbon. OTDR testing, bi-directional certification, and closeout documentation delivered with the splice.

STRUCTURED CABLING

Cat6 and Cat6A, fiber trunks, MPO/MTP, cable tray, ladder rack and overhead pathway. Pulled, dressed, terminated, tested and labeled to TIA-942.

RACK AND STACK

Cabinet installation, hardware deployment, patching, cross-connects, labeling and as-builts. Crews that understand change control and work clean in live white space.

OUTSIDE PLANT

Aerial and underground, FTTH drops, splice enclosures, vault and handhole work. Crews that have done both the data hall and the street.

PUNCH AND QA/QC

Documentation, label audits, test-result verification and punch-list closeout when the build is done and the customer walkthrough is next week.

01SCOPE

You send the scope, the site, the headcount and the start date. If drawings exist, we read them. A call takes twenty minutes.

02QUOTE

You get a written rate inside 24 hours: blended hourly or per-unit, with travel, per diem, lodging and tooling stated on the face of it. No discovery of costs later.

03MOBILIZE

We assemble the crew, complete background checks and site-specific safety orientation, submit badging paperwork, and put people on the plane. Seven days is typical. Faster has happened.

04RUN

The foreman reports to your superintendent, not to us. You get daily production numbers and one invoice at the end of the cycle.
