Travel rates set by trade and certification. Your rate is agreed before you leave home, not renegotiated on site. Twelve-hour shifts on an active build mean overtime most weeks.

Twenty-one days on, seven days off. You know when you leave and when you get home.

Airfare or mileage, per diem and lodging are paid. Lodging is booked within thirty minutes of the site unless the customer directs otherwise.

Fusion splicing, OTDR, copper and fiber certification testing, OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E and MPO/MTP experience move you up the roster. Send what you hold and we will tell you what the next job needs.

Show up. Work clean. Document your work. The foreman reports production daily, and your labels, traces and as-builts are part of the deliverable.
