WHAT CREWS WE DEPLOY
Five lines of work. Every crew arrives tooled for the scope, with a foreman who owns production reporting and one invoice at the end of the cycle.
FUSION SPLICING
Single-mode and multimode fusion splicing for data hall backbone, campus OSP and FTTH distribution. Ribbon and single-fiber. Mass fusion for 12- and 24-fiber ribbon when the schedule demands throughput.
SPEC — FUSION SPLICING
TASKS PERFORMED
Single-fiber fusion
SMF and MMF, pigtail and mid-span, including tight-buffer and loose-tube prep.
Mass fusion (ribbon)
12-fiber and 24-fiber ribbon splice, ribbonization and breakout where required.
OTDR testing
Bidirectional OTDR at 1310/1550 nm (SM) or 850/1300 nm (MM); event and link loss reported per span.
Certification
Insertion and return loss where scoped, with launch and receive cables documented on the test record.
Enclosure work
Tray dress, splice tray allocation, buffer storage and closure sealing per manufacturer practice.
CREW CERTIFICATIONS
- Fusion splicer proficiency, Fujikura and Sumitomo platforms
- OTDR interpretation against project acceptance criteria
- OSHA 10 minimum, plus site-specific orientation
DELIVERABLES
- OTDR traces, .sor and PDF, per fiber and direction
- Splice loss summary keyed to fiber ID
- As-built splice map and enclosure tray schedule
- Out-of-spec span list with retest results
STRUCTURED CABLING
Horizontal and backbone copper and fiber in white space and telecom rooms. Pulled, dressed, terminated, tested and labeled to TIA-942, not left half-finished for the next crew.

Cat6 / Cat6A
Permanent link and channel installs, consolidation points and zone cabling where designed.
Fiber trunks
Pre-terminated and field-terminated trunks, MPO/MTP backbone to cassette or breakout.
MPO / MTP
Polarity Method A, B and C verification, gender and key orientation checked before cutover.
Pathway
Cable tray, ladder rack, basket tray and overhead pathway, filled to spec, supported and firestopped.
Labeling
Port, patch panel and cable identifiers to your standard or TIA-606-C by default.
CREW CERTIFICATIONS
- Fluke DSX and CertiFiber certification testing
- MPO polarity verification and endface inspection
- TIA-942 and BICSI installation practices
DELIVERABLES
- Copper certification reports, permanent link or channel
- Fiber insertion loss and OTDR records as scoped

RACK AND STACK
Cabinet installation, hardware deployment and interconnect in live or pre-live white space. Crews that follow change control, work clean around production load, and hand back documentation the NOC can use.

Position, level, bond and dress cabinets to raised-floor or slab layout.
Hardware deploy
Servers, switches, PDUs and optical gear per bill of materials and rack elevation.
Patching
Copper and fiber patch to port schedule, dressed and strain-relieved to aisle standard.
Cross-connects
MMR and customer cage cross-connects with circuit ID capture.
As-builts
Updated elevations, port maps and photo log where the site requires it.

OUTSIDE PLANT
Aerial and underground OSP for campus and FTTH distribution. The crews that work the data hall also work the street, so the handoff between inside plant and OSP stops being someone else's problem.
SPEC — OUTSIDE PLANT
TASKS PERFORMED
Aerial
Strand, lashing, snowshoe and pole hardware, mid-span access and slack storage.
Underground
Conduit pull, innerduct, vault and handhole dress, mule tape left for the next pull.
FTTH drops
Drop placement, NID and ONT prep support, distribution splice at the pedestal or closure.
Splice enclosures
Dome and in-line closures, tray allocation and re-entry documentation.
Vault work
Rack, coil and label in vaults and handholes to your OSP standard.

- Work zone traffic control where required
- Closure manufacturer qualification

PUNCH AND QA/QC
When the build is done and the walkthrough is next week, the documentation has to match the floor. We audit labels, verify test results and close punch items before the tour rather than during it.

Walkdown against the cable schedule with a mismatch log by location and photo.
Test verification
Sample or full retest of copper and fiber results, flagging out-of-spec links.
Documentation package

Remaining items worked to your acceptance criteria, retested and signed off.
