Why a separate crew
The installation crew is the wrong crew to audit its own work, and it is usually needed on the next phase anyway. A small independent QA/QC crew finds problems a tired installation crew walks past, and the owner's reviewers can see that the check was independent.

- How quickly can a punch crew start?
- Punch and QA/QC crews are small, which makes them faster to mobilize than a full installation crew. Send the punch list and walkthrough date and we will confirm a start.
- Can you fix another contractor's work?
- Yes. We audit what is there, document it, and rework it to the specification. We will not sign off on work we have not verified.
- What do you deliver at the end?
- A cleared punch list with evidence per item, retest results for every reworked link, and a documentation set that matches what is installed.
