Rotations and shifts

Standard rotation is 21 days on, 7 off, on 12-hour shifts, day or night. On a 12-hour, 7-day week, overtime applies beyond 40 hours, so the blended cost per hour on a rotation is higher than the straight-time rate. We show this plainly so you can compare quotes on like-for-like terms.
